DECOR FOILS
During the colouring stage of the co-extrusion process, the white PVC substructure and the coloured acrylic glass are permanently bonded with one another in one step. Fusing both of these materials produces a semi-matt, coloured outer profile surface that withstands the effects of the weather with ease.
Proven for decades
GEALAN has been co-extruding its coloured acrylcolor profiles for over 30 years. It is setting standards by using this process, because of how different it is from other common colouring processes. The result is unsurpassed colour characteristics and many years of colour fastness. Windows featuring acrylcolor profiles also satisfy the most stringent technical and functional requirements.

ACRYLCOLOR
For everyone who appreciates a natural appearance without sacrificing the benefits of modern window technology, there are PCV windows with a wood grain look achieved using decor foils. They are recommended as a classic style element when renovating an old house, as well as for rustic designs. Windows with wood-grain decor foils offer all the positive properties of modern PCV windows combined with the decorative effect of wood.
ALUMINIUM CASINGS
For selected profiles, GEALAN offers the option of customised aluminium casings that are clipped onto the outside of the window. This makes the windows extremely resistant and durable.
Aluminium casings merge best features of PVC and aluminum windows. Casings give the exterior of window the look of a regular aluminum frame. At the same time the PVC profile system provides high thermal insulation at a reasonable price. PCV window profiles with aluminium casings are about half price of aluminum profiles with comparable thermic insulation parameters.
